What is going on?
I have been on hold for the past week most of the day and no one can answer? Seriously? Ive tried the live chat, the tracking application, facebook messenger, the normal helpline and have had nothing! All of my details were taken over a phonecall by an agent and I dont even have any of my things? Dont debit me for stuff that 'i dont have.
