well done guys
it is so easy to find faults and complain about a bad service , and come on this website and write how bad it was but i need to also recognize a great service when is given and come on this website and make it know. i would like to thank kimona and Jonathan for the great service, giving me feed back, the assurance that things will be resolved, that was amazing. Jonathan also called yesterday (09 Mar/16) to check if i got a call from vodacom , he assured me this will be resolved before the end of this week, i got a call today from vodacom saying my tap is ready for collection at any vodacom store. thank you guys.
