We were contacted by...

We were contacted by a consultant in December for a new data package....the lady that sold us the package told us that we will receive 500gigs data plan....little did we know...she was miselling a product that did not exist.Instead we are receiving 50gigs... We have been pleading and trying to have this canceled or resolved ....with no luck. This is the worst company to deal with....first we are misold a product and then we have to pay for a product that does not suit our needs. There is no sense of urgency in helping your customers...and whats worse is you have people who are miselling products to customers....how many other customers are they doing this to?
