Warning about BuyMondo Customer Care

I have had a terrible experience with Buy Mondo. I received a call with a promotion for the 40Gigx40Gig deal, I thought this was a great offer. When my device was delivered it only had 20Gig deal on it. I tried to upgrade my 20Gigx20Gig contract and struggled contacting the call centre, then I sent messages online, then via email and still NO reply.

I visited my closest MTN branch, only to find that Buy Mondo is not connected to the main MTN system.

They need serious system integration and upgrades to efficiently deal with customer care services.
