Waiting for my order
Bad service, no communication. I did an application on the 12 of Jan and it was approved on the 13th. I have been waiting for my order with no communication or feedback. The agent who was assisting said I will get my order either on Thursday or Friday but I haven't received anything, no tracking number, no waybill number, just total silence from Mondo
