Vodacom/Mondo and their lies

Mondo call people on behave of Vodacom and mislead their customers with bogus deals. I was sold an uncapped LTE solution, but found out after a year and half that the solution was capped. Logged a complain with Vodacom who lisetn to the call and identified that i was **** to. I requested for the contract to be cancelled because i didnt wanted anything to do with Vodacom services, but cancellation was never done. Every month Vodacom still deducts money from my account via debit order and its a struggle getting rid of these pests
