Vodacom upgrade misleading

I have a problem with Mondo. They misled me to take an upgrade after falsely lying to me about yhe amount I will be paying. I took it up with them but they told me they did an investigation and found wrong doing on their part but up to now they're quiet regarding fixing my contract. I wrote a review which they reported to be removed. They are really damaging our lives as they mislead and leave you in a financial pit
