Vodacom / Mondo ****

Received a call from "Vodacom" which actually turned out to be Mondo- Sales agent company for Vodacom. Daylight ****, they told me that they can see that im not utilising my free sms and that they are willing to give me additional data and talk minutes in exchange at no extra cost. This turned out to be lie as at the end of the month my bill came to me R140 more expensive. I have tried contacting Vodacom and they said they cannot assist I must contact Mondo directly. I have tried calling and emailing on 3 different occasions with no success. I did not agree to any additional charge and made it very clear during the call with the sales rep.
