VODACOM / BUYMUNDO ********* service
AVOID ANY DEALINGS with this supposed telecoms service provider and authorized agent of VODACOM as they will deceive you into entering into a ********** telecoms or data contract linked to your VODACOM account.
BUYMUNDO cold called me to sell me additional data on my cell phone contract and **********ly deceived me into entering into 2 new standalone contracts which are not linked to my cell phones.
I have continually addressed this with VODACOM over the past 3 months and I seem to be getting nowhere. I have now copied the Group CEO of VODACOM and am interested to see whether I am now able to have this problem resolved.
PS I’ve been a loyal VODACOM customer for +-30 years!!!
