Very unsatisfied

I was called to upgrade my MTN phone contract. They informed me that I would receive a black device with free accessories. I have asked them to assist, and I am still awaiting a manager to contact me. It's been over a week. No-one will apologise and explain how I can get the correct contract as promised.
