Very slow to approve application and nobody bothers to call with updates

Been waiting for nearly two weeks now for my MTN Contract upgrade to be finalized. I went into an MTN store on Saturday and they told me the system says it's approved. I need my new phone ASAP RCO508377

Can't call Customer Care as the automated system says it's after hours, which it isn't. It is 12:30pm on Monday the 15th of May.

I need a urgent answer please
