Very poor service

Trying to het a gold of these people for the last couple of days. They dont answer. Emails doesnt get answered. Whattsup representatives not available. Upgrade in process but no one is telling me there is a document missing. Found out by phoning Mtn bit they cant tell me what. So its uanging in the air, mtn cant cancel so that i can do a new request. Wish i knew its them phoning for the upgrade, would never have agreed. Pls cancel upgrade in process
