I was a very unhappy customer, but Lezerene took the time to explain to me what was happening with my delivery and what the steps is I would have to follow to complete my application. She even offered to go the extra mile to help submit paper work on my behalf which I really appreciate a lot ! Thanks for helping me !! Carmen
