Very frustrated..
Mondo MTN contract called me to offer me a potable router plus data and they delivered a home router which I didn’t want, returned the router plus sun and was given a ref no as per RC*** that was in May 2023 but till up to date they haven’t cancelled my contract and I have been receiving calls that I am owing them money for something that I don’t even have. Where can I go directly and get this matter resolved
