Very Bad service 😕

I've never seen such a bad service like this ,last year I complained about being wrongly charged on my cellphone contract, instead of them fixing the problem they called me and I was told to take back the phone to the nearest MTN store....okay I did as I was told unfortunately all the stores that are near am being told that they won't be able to help me because they are franchises. So I had to stop the debit order till today no one has contacted me asking about the issue 😒
