I recently took out a R99 data contract with Mondo..and things went horribly wrong. I finally called last week Thursday and had the pleasure to interact with Vatican Naidoo his customer service paired with patience and enthusiasm to assist and resolve my issue was amazing... Thank You Vasigan for the amazing service and continously calling me to keep me updated until my query is resolved.... you a genuinely an asset to the company and I strongly think you should be promoted to Team Leader and put in charge of doing work shops on customer service.... wow amazing
