I really appreciate the exceptional service I got from Jayson(Vasigan Naidoo), my query had taken over 10months towards a year now. Today he took over my query, in a space of less than 3 hours, he was able to give me the feedback which I never got any staff at Mondo. This is indeed the exceptional customer service. He is any asset to the company.
