Useless service I would avoid!!! Part 2

This is a second complaint about Mondo and their useless and unhelpful service.

Since complaining 2 weeks ago and being told by the Mondo representative , that someone would definitely contact me in the next few days to resolve the issue. There has been still no communication and has now been 6 weeks since Mondo offered me a contract ,It has no fulfilled its promise and now chooses to ignore the problem.
