Useless company don’t contact them
One of the worst places to do business with. Useless when it come to deliver on promises. Don’t expect your device to be delivered on time or like in my case….never. Also don’t expect that when your request for the upgrade to be cancelled, the request will actually be processed. Untrained employees and also employees that puts the phone down in your ear. Management that apparently does not exist. When I requested to be put through to one…I was told they are not there or they don’t take calls.

09 Jun 2022, 12:28Phone got put down in my ear just now after holding on for 20 minutes. They can’t even do something simple like calling someone on their floor to the phone. Managers are nonexistent, seems like amateurs are running the business.
