Useless

There is absolutely no word other than useless. This company has no idea what they are doing. They are dishonest in the way the conduct business by lying and not being truthful. The you complain they respond by sayin we will be in contact, they never do, then they apparently tried to contact you, there is no missed call but they tried I don’t know where. Easy all I need is the cancelation letter make it happen.
