Unwanted device shows on my profile euthout receiving it

Rewardsco phoned me on 6 nov in connection with upgrade of device initially I said yes and while busy with processing I felt uncomfortable and asked the lady to cancel the application. Ater asking 3 times she put the phone down. Monday 10 nov the courier try to deliver device at an unknown address in Gauteng and me living in Bela Bela. Since the phonecall devices not received by me is showing on my name and now about a month later still not cancelled. When I phoned in today they told me it is going to take another 2 months for cancelation. Unacceptable
