************* Competitions and Horrible customer Service

I won a competition through the Moe from Mondo twitter page in June 2021 and I was supposed to receive a R1500 Checkers Voucher. I have not received my prize till this day. I have sent numerous tweets and DMs, only to either be ignored or told lies that i will receive my voucher ASAP before the end of the week (that was 5+ months ago) Its painful to be taken for a ride like this especially in these difficult financial times. If possible I would give them a negative rating for customer service. Thank you Mondo for causing me so much pain and disappointment.
