Good day,
I app**** for an iphone + apple watch deal via MTN on 19 Jan 2023. I was called by MTN Sales agent on 20 Jan 2023, to process my application. They did a credit check and I was approved. I was told I will receive the device within 7 days. This is the 10th day and I haven't been contacted by the courier company yet. Now I have received a debit order mandate on my banking app. I am not comfortable with approving this debit order until I receive the devices in hand. I'd appreciate if someone gets back to me on this.
