*******!! Unreliable!! Inconvenient!!

It does not even deserve that 1-star rating. It deserves a -5 star rating. I cancelled an MTN contract during the cooling-off period and devices were returned and logged. Yet I was debited for R1019 in the beginning of the new month. I've BEEN calling for them to finalise the cancellation and was told it takes 21 to 31 working days and yet this matter has been over a month! I call their customer care and I'm still being told to wait for the cancellation to be finalised. Why they were debiting for devices that were never activated, yet alone cancelled on time is beyond me and yet I'm getting the run around to get my money back!!
