Unreliable bunch

Dsv Road biometrics failed on the 15th Jan and they rescheduled another delivery on the 17th which never came due to a "system error". Another delivery was scheduled for today (18th) at 14:15 but guess what nothing from Dsv until I called them only for them to tell me that MTN Mondo shipping team stopped the delivery until they authenticate my identity. I call Mondo and they tell me that they know nothing about the cancellation of the delivery. Being made a fool for wanting to spend my money. I'm cancelling this contract
