Unprofessional & rude sales person

I need to report this most bizarre & unprofessional phone call I received from Mondo, which is affiliated with Telkom.<br> This morning a sales person phoned me, to try and sell a contract to me, normally I would out of courtesy listen to his/her sales pitch, if it is something I really do not need, or do not have the budget to afford, I inform them, that I really am not interested in this product. However, he was clearly not happy with my decision and continued to insult my decision not to buy an additional contract, which I do not need, ending off his rant with the following statement: \clearly you have no value of your own money\", before putting the phone down in my ear.<br> This is utterly unprofessional. Just because I am not interested in additional data, which I do not need, gives no one the right to criticise and insult me for not want a product. I know what my needs & budget are, and no one has the right to try and force me to incur additional useless costs.<br> I suggest you, MONDO, send your sales people on a course, to learn how to be professional and courteous, and also to teach them how to react professionally to rejection."
