Unpleasant service

I was so excited that modo delivered on time like they promised... I am order a modem online and it was successful n all. I am trying to connect it its not activated. Try to call Mondo the its answer machine says that they are available during the week from Monday to Thursday 08:00-05:00 and also on Friday from 08:00_16:00. Which i understand very well and today is Friday around 12pm midday and its not a holiday so I don't understand that part!?!?! I understand the whole lockdown and all but when I was assist I specifically asked about the service and I was assured that they will be available even the deliveries will be made. Ai suka maan ****** Mondo get yourselves right!!! I need to do my assignments and Research!!!!!
