Unhappy and unsatisfied new customers

I app**** for a Mecer Guru Pro laptop 4 weeks ago. After a week I called Mondo to ask whats going on and they said one of their consultants will contact me. After a couple of days they called and we made the deal. I waited another week because I heard nothing from them and then I called them again. They said the deal has been verified by them but they waiting on Vodacom. I called vodacom and the lady said that the problem of verification is with mondo but she spoke to them while I waited almost 15 minutes and Mondo will call me in the morning. The afternoon I called Mondo again as I did not hear anything from them and they said everything is finalized, they just waiting on the courier service. Its been a week and still nothing feom Mondo or the courier service. I am really upset and am starting to get second feelings to cancel the whole deal. Can anyone please assist me in this matter because i am really now clueless.
