Number one whenever we want to get in touch with them there's never a reply and never pick up the phone....we need to arrange delivery and everything but never answer so how can we know if everthing is set and so....it can't work like this ....I am very unhappy

As per the system you did speak to our inbound consultant. Your MTN order is at delivery stage and DSV did try to call you for an appointment however they were unsuccessful. They will attempt to contact you again.
