Unfair Business Practise

I would like to know when I'll be receiving my device.. I've done a telephone application, I was informed that I was approved and as soon as the admin fee goes off then the courier will contact me for delivery.. the admin fee was deducted but i havent reveived the device yet, today I received a sms stating my application was unsuccessful.. how can u inform me that my application was approved and afterwards(after a few days) sent me a sms to tell me that my application was unsuccessful. That is unfair business practise and I need this complaint to be referred to the C.E.O of Mondo.... I don't need to speak to any manager or senior manager... I need the C.E.O of Mondo. Will wait to hear from the C.E.O of Mondo.
