I had a bad experience with Mondo who offered me a contract upgrade and some terms and conditions not disclosed. I sent am email with regards to my complain and finally a lady by the name of Mia called me and was interested to listen to my side of the story. The lady was so humble and professional. I previously dealt with a lady called Smangele and her attitude was pathetic. I am just hoping that my complaint will be addressed objectively
