Undelivered phone from mondo

I received a call from one of the mondo agents. I then opted for the xs IPhone contract from mondo mtn. This was last year November, I've been sending emails and I'm being told about the phone being in high demand and they're still awaiting stock. Im trying to call Mondo but it goes answered. This was from last year November and till this day no phone has been delivered to me. It's a very disappointing service because I shared very personal information over the phone and to receive no feedback is really frustrating
