Unauthorized package change
Hi . In March22 a consultant from mondo contacted me with regards to the issue I had with vodacom whereby they adjusted my contract package and explained to me that it will not be at any added cost to me. Upon investigation the Mondo consultant explained to me that the case was valid and the monthly installment would be brought back to what it was and I would be refunded the difference. Since then I have not yet been refunded and this month's installment has not yet been adjusted to what it should be.
