Unauthorized Debit

I did a telephonic application with your company last Tuesday for a Telkom sim only deal. I was assured by the consultant that no funds would be deducted from my bank account unless my application is approved. A week later today, I notice a sum of R149 removed off my bank account yet I had not received any correspondence wrt to the outcome. I have tried making contact with your company repeatedly but to no avail. Please have this cancelled immediately and return above mentioned funds back into my account. As per telephonic agreement this is not what I had agreed to. Thank you
