Unauthorised deductions and no support from Mondo Financial

Review: Mondo Financial Service Provider has been deducting money from my account without proper explanation. I have tried repeatedly to contact them, but there is never an agent available. I have held on the line for over an hour at a time without receiving any assistance, and they have not contacted me regarding the policy they enrolled me in. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, and I urgently need assistance to resolve this matter.
