Unauthorised Contractshat

<p>I received 2 smses form vodacom this morning stating that my quote is processed and vetting is approved.I was surprised because I did not open any contracts recently. I called Vodacom Customer care and they informed me that two contracts have been opened in my name through Buy Mondo. The lady said she will assist in cancelling the contracts. However when I contacted Buy Mondo They told me that they can only cancel one contract because the other contract's device has already been despatched.I am now been given the run around when I did not open any contract to begin with.</p> <p>Everything was authorised, and a device was even despatched without my concern.</p> <p> </p> <p>I </p>
