Beginning March 2023...a sales lady sold me a laptop on contract and she told me that if i take the laptop i will get an education voucher. I took the contract and the laptop was delivered but there was no voucher. I called 132 to inquire about it and a gentlemen called Fred promised to send a voucher and i was happy and rated him 10 for his help. Unfortunately no voucher was received. I called several times, sent emails to mtn customer care,man ***** line but no one responded. I am now paying for the laptop but a promise was not delivered.
