Trying to get customers to give them positive reviews in order to be entered into a competition!
I have a couple of issues but I am going to focus on one. Don't trust the 5-star reviews from this company. I think it's a sales department of some kind as I app**** for an MTN contact online but a consultant from Mondo sealed the deal.
When I called in with a complaint, they tried to assist me but then after they tried to coach me into writing a review here on Hellopeter. The consultant wanted me to login and write the review while she was on the line.
"Are you happy with my service? Okay you can choose between 3 and 4 stars". They basically say they are entering you into a competition and you stand to win some cash. I think most people would just give a bogus positive review just to stand a chance to win, making it all very *********!
