*******, ******, Liers!!

I was informed over and over that I would receive a data package with 4GB of ANYTIME data and no NIGHT TIME data at all. When I received the package, I noticed that it is only 1GB day time data and 3GB Night time data. I phoned them and after long stories they listened to my various conversations with them before accepting anything and they admitted that they have been in the wrong. They also deducted R99 sim and connection fee which they never told me about. When cancelling, they promised me that everything would be cancelled and my monies be refunded. They never refunded my money since June now and they are also still *****ing the monthly fees!!!!! They are absolute ******* and I hope they go bankrupt very soon as they are openly *****ing from the public! They even wanted me to courier the hardware back to them but I told the lady that I would under no circumstances waste any further time or money with them and they can send their own courier which they did. Had I paid for the courier I would have lost that money as well!!
