Most unhelpful people you will ever deal with. Email them and see how they lie and take your money. I told them I didn't want to renew. My contract expires today. Guess what, still get billed for end of the month and they have the nerve to tell me I have to cancel with telkom but I canceled in an email sent to them weeks in advance. Now I have to pay even when my contract is expired. They quick to phone for people but when u email them to cancel they lie. Tell you you won't be contacted them you hit with an invoice. Best of all I have proof of all this in emails. Won't help they don't care. Don't waste your time with these *******.
