They sell lies

Firstly they said that the router would last through 2 hour Loadshedding, it doesn't, it doesn't have a battery. Secondly they told me that if I cancel my contract within a year, the cancelation fee would be R195. I have the call recording of the sales agent stating it twice that R195 is the cancelation amount. I've called in multiple times and your agents have agreed that I was misled and told incorrect information. Thirdly, I have asked to speak to a manager multiple times and on every occasion I have been told that a manager would call me back. After a month I still have not received a call from a manager to explain to me why I must pay over R2000 for cancelation when I was told that my cancelation is R195
