They lie - Full of promises but I am yet to see my minutes that should have been reversed over two months ago

Do not use the services of Mondo. They have promised time and time again to reverse my contract to the way it was because they took away my minutes that I had without telling me. I have been without my 500 minutes per month for two months and going onto my third month. They keep telling me it will be reversed but they never do it and when I call or email I get a standard reply. This it 100% there fault and they have admitted their constant made an error and yet I am the one who is being inconvenienced. You are never allowed to go through to a manager and just deal with the same people day in and day out who promise to call you back and never do. Be very careful of any promotions they offer. I would steer clear.
