Their consultants are rude and they do not provide sufficient information!!!

I am disgusted with the service received from these guys MTN dept. I called them after receiving an sms that I am approved for my application that I did 2 weeks ago.

I spoke to a consultant who was very rude and when I asked her what was going on, she told me that they still have to vet my application and 3 more stages for my application to be approved.

Number 1 I received a sms saying I'm already approved, number 2 they sent me a debicheck mandate stating that I must approve it so everything else can take place.

When I spoke to the agent she said that my documents were outstanding yet those docs were sent 2 weeks ago.

I am new to them and I am already disgusted with the application procedure service I'm receiving from the agents!!!

This is totally ridiculous!!!
