The worse and most terrible experience with Mondo.
Stay very FAR AWAY from Mondo/Mtn, They mess up your order and dont communicate with you. Than you cant apply again because the old order was cancelled. They dont contact you if they have stock issues, they just cancel the order/contract without notice or communicating with you. You are left with offer of a sim card only because you no longer qualify for any other contracts. The only mess up the order and then it affects your credit rating. Be very careful before you deal with these *********** people.

07 Jul 2023, 16:01This is all we hear from Mondo, one of out Customer Care Consultants will contact you with 24 to 48 hours. We are tired of this nonsense. Explain to us how I qualify for a 2in1 Huawei 9 SE deal, there is no stock of the blue. We requested black instead, yet you dont communicate with me and DUE TO NO stock, you just cancel the application without any communication whatsoever.
Then when I inquire I no longer qualify for any cellphone deal but a R200 sim only. Your chat personnel is so arrogant and rude, does not provide proper assistance to me, and on top of that all YOU ARE THE CAUSE that me Credit Score is now low due to your pathetic service and incompetency, which I have now taken up with MTN personally in a formal complaint.
You people only caused me problems and now I can no longer get ANY cellphone deal Whatsoever from any provider due to your mess up. Now what are you going to do about it.
I WAS APPROVED ALREADY for a contract and cellphone deal which YOU FAILED to deliver due TO NO STOCK but you did not contact me or communicate with me? You are useless as any other in South Africa, this is the moral of this country - USELESS PATHETIC SERVICE ans you want to come with clever words on Social media about customer satisfaction? You know NOTHING about customer satisfaction, service or customer care.
My contract was APPOROVED yet cancelled due to YOUR pathetic service. Explain now how i can not qualify any more? But you want to sell me a sim card???? I want the entire world to know what you cause to people and i want MTN to attend to YOUR COMPANIES **** service in their name as representatives of MTN!!!! Mtn and Vodacom MUST BE CRAZY to have joined in partnership with your company.
