The service is appalling
I made my order 2 weeks ago via MTN. i had to follow you guys around on the progress of my application. I made countless calls on my status and only to find out my order was accepted. Apparently an agent has to call me but i don't trust anything since i have to follow you guys around and till now no agent has called me.
