The sales agent that called me was absolutely rude

The sales agent that called me was absolutely rude. Firstly there was so much noise in the background, she just stated that her name was luyanda or something and went on to ask how I am. So I said I'm good thanks and then she stated what her call was regarding, which I responded to that I already received a call and I wasn't interested. Instead of politely saying it's no problem she just dropped the line. Is this how Mondo expects their customers to be treated? And if so then I'm glad that I didn't take up a contract with them and MTN
