The Misfire Saga...

My experience with Mondo hasn't been pleasant. I took a contract in 2019. The sales consultant sold me a phone that didn't the requirements has mentioned telephonically. Mondo did try to compensate me for the trouble which was a good thing.

The final blow came when I wanted to cancel my contract at the end of the 2 years. MTN said to me that my contract was set to be a 3 year contract. I contacted Mondo and had exchanged a few words and after 2 months of persistence, the contract was cancelled. Not a nice experience.
