The BEST customer service ever!
I had a mobile phone problem that needed sorting so called MTN who could not assist me. They gave me MONDO 's number and an assistant called TIA came to my assistance and was absolutely amazing in how she handled me and my problem. I've now got a reference number from her and the assurance that the matter will be dealt with efficiently. Tia made my day!
