I previous wrote a complain about Mondo and I got a response from them in few minutes. Kim from Mondo called me and told me she had logged an investigation for my case. within 24 hours my complaint was resolved. I am hoping to get a call from them regarding my contract today but i would like to say to Kimona big ups for putting customers first and for your calmness even when I was angry.
