I would like to applaud Zandile Shezi for excellent customer service. After going through a whole lot of frustration with one of the companies they provide services to, she was the first person to assist me with my request.

I would like to take this opportunity to recommend her job excellence.

Zandile was professional, approachable, friendly, considerate and showing passion for his work and in helping others. I truly hope that her company sees her potential for customer service and commitment to her work. Zandile would make an excellent manager nor a supervisor, should such opportunity arise, please give her a chance. I could write a whole book on a person who just assisted me for the first time and in less than 10min, one can just read through her voice that she is indeed a good person and considerate individual, willing to help and not let go until queries are resolved.

She was able to assist me after such a long two weeks struggle and frustration with MTN.

It was an honor being assisted by Zandile and I wish if all would emulate her modus operandi.
